I developed and offered hybrid courses on history and management topics using a Learning Management System (LMS) for a top 20 online college in the USA. I received extensive training in online program delivery and instructional design. I have earned 13 professional development certificates from QM (“Quality Matters”) on various topics related to online teaching and learning.

I was the Co-Chair of the PNG National Rectors’ Conference and of the Pacific Islands University Network (PIURN). I provided leadership to a university with over 1,000 employees, 9,000 registered students, and a 220 Ha campus. During my tenure, I signed more than 30 international agreements, including 7 with India and 3 with China, as well as partnerships with ExxonMobil and Newcrest Mining. I attended 12 international conferences in higher education, including two hosted by Times Higher Education. Additionally, I led the National Institutional Accreditation and Professional Accreditation Engineering and Business Programs, and provided executive team coaching and training.

As the person responsible for a portfolio of over €45 million for the School of Business & Economics, I achieved a 300% increase in EU grant revenue. I successfully obtained 24 European grants for research, technology, and innovation in FP7, Horizon 2020, and LLL programs. Additionally, I was a member of the University's India and Turkey Teams. I was instrumental in achieving National Accreditation from NVAO, as well as Professional Accreditation from AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA.

I was responsible for managing the graduate and the international office, which facilitated the exchange of 180 outgoing and 50 incoming students. As coordinator of the International Masters program with Oxford Brookes University (UK) and ESADE-St. Ignaci (Barcelona), I oversaw all aspects of the program. Additionally, I was the coordinator for the MBA program and played a key role in preparing for AMBA accreditation. Furthermore, I successfully sold the program to a competitor, MSM.
