My passion for fostering children's development and teaching English is unwavering. I am dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. With my extensive experience and strong commitment to excellence, I am confident in my ability to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the children I work with.

Management
- first foreign regional manager for BBP.
- provided general management for 3 of the BBP centres in Lae, Goroka and Manus Island with a staff of around 12 and annual budget of about $500,000, including human resource management, financial management and reporting.
- oversaw the construction of second building and fencing for the Lae center.

- developed and implement a parent workshop focusing library centers what they are and their importance.
